HUB Manager (m/f)

BOX NOW is a hybrid logistics and tech company that offers smart parcel delivery solutions to all consumers.

We are seeking a highly motivated HUB Manager to take on the strategic management of all operations within the HUB. As a key member of our dynamic team in Velika Gorica, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-performing HUB operations while driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing an annual plan in collaboration with company management and ensuring its effective implementation
• Preparing periodic reports on HUB performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Overseeing daily HUB operations while ensuring efficient utilization of resources, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of packages
• Ensuring that HUB operations run smoothly and efficiently due to company policies and operational standards
• Monitoring and improving operational efficiency to achieve or exceed targets
• Accurate tracking of HUB activities and maintaining optimal package levels for all Depots
• Managing and optimizing all Depot operations, ensuring efficiency, while providing leadership and support to Depot Managers who report directly to the Hub Manager
• Paying special attention to damaged and lost packages
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating package dispatch from the HUB to parcel lockers with on-time delivery in mind
• Optimizing route planning to improve delivery efficiency to parcel lockers
• Maintaining relationships with external collaborators and partners involved in HUB operations or logistics
• Ensuring that partners deliver efficient, in-time and quality service while optimizing costs
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing HUB team (warehouse workers, drivers, and administrative staff), fostering a positive work environment, increasing engagement, and enhancing productivity
• Ensuring that all HUB operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Adaptability to changes
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of the market and HUB operations
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid B-category driver's license
